North of Dublin is the excavation called Newgrange. In Ireland’s Bronze Age, it may have been built to help read the skies for the changes in seasons. On the walls were the swirls replicated in this hammered silver pendant with attached gold swirl. It is a contemporary take on an ancient Celtic symbol. 18” chain included.
